The Primal Kitchen
We cook exclusively with the forces that shaped the earth. Wood fire, raw stone, salt, and time.

The Four Pillars of the Kitchen
Earth
Root vegetables buried in hot ash. Clay-baked poultry. Foraged fungi and soil-rich aromatics. We ground our menu in the raw materials of the forest floor.
Water
Ice-shocked seafood, slow-poached coastal catches, and broths reduced over days. The fluid element brings clarity, salinity, and temperature contrast.
Air
Whipped emulsions, cold-smoked cloches, and dry-aged proteins exposed to prevailing winds. We use atmosphere to alter texture and preserve intensity.
Fire
The catalyst. Carbonized crusts, blistering heat, and the unmistakable signature of burning oak. Every dish passes through the flame before it reaches you.
Earth
Ash-baked roots, fermented grains, wild fungi
Water
Cold-poached scallop, sea grape, kelp broth
Air
Whipped marrow, smoked salt, dry-aged squab
Fire
Carbonized rib, blistered allium, ember oil
The Raw
Material
At AA Elements Foods, we reject the artificial. Our kitchen operates on the primal forces of cooking: earth, water, air, and fire. We do not mask ingredients; we expose them to extreme conditions to reveal their true architecture.
